Raum Sandoval
Raum Sandoval is a seasoned technology executive who served as Chief Innovation & Information Security Officer (CIISO) at Entara, where he led enterprise-wide transformation at the intersection of cybersecurity, automation, and AI. He oversaw the integration of platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure OpenAI, embedding AI capabilities across departments to boost productivity, streamline operations, and build a culture of innovation and literacy.
Raum's strategic leadership included directing major digital transformation initiatives such as enterprise eDiscovery data center migrations, the implementation and migration to ServiceNow as a core business platform, and the integration of diverse technologies to enable secure, scalable operations. He also introduced data lakehouse architecture to unify fragmented data and enable actionable insights, laying the groundwork for real-time business intelligence and automation.
In prior roles at Entara—including Chief Information Security Officer, Deputy CISO, and Director of Managed Services—Raum built and scaled SOC operations, developed security frameworks aligned with CIS, NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, and served as a vCISO to financial services clients. His early career included technical leadership roles at Ernst & Young and George Jon, where he managed global infrastructure projects and engineered high-impact eDiscovery solutions.
Raum is the founder of Bakari Intelligence, an IT and cybersecurity consulting firm, and a co-founder of Byte Size Innovations, a venture focused on AI, business process automation, and platform integration.
Raum holds a degree in Computer Networking from DePaul University and multiple certifications, including CISSP and ITIL. His career has been defined by his ability to bridge strategy and execution—delivering secure, intelligent, and human-centered solutions for the modern digital enterprise.
